The history of Hokey Cokey Cookies began in Wales when Joanna Thomas’ son asked for themed cookies to give out as tokens for his party guests. Joanna of course accepted the challenge and channelled her creativity to see what she could come up with. The cookies were a massive hit which then resulted in a number of baking requests from family and friends.
