The LX3000e comes with three individual ink tanks: cyan, magenta, and yellow. Primera Technology developed CMY ink which produces process black and the LX3000e features ultra-black replicating the same quality of the black ink used in the LX900e. (DTM Print can provide samples to show you if required). Did you know that process black can print on a wider range of label materials? This means with the LX3000e you can choose to print on whatever material you prefer with any limitations.
Another great advantage is that the three individual ink cartridges hold up to x6 times more the amount of ink you would get in the LX900e cartridges. You only need to think about replacing 3 ink tanks rather than 4, and replacement cycles are also reduced.
