Introducing Count-Deluxe-Stations: The Perfect Solution for Counting Heavy Rolls of Labels
Count-Deluxe-Stations from Labelmate offer the ultimate offline solution for accurately counting large rolls of labels. With these advanced systems, you can easily verify the number of labels on a roll, divide oversized rolls into smaller, more manageable rolls using the pre-set count/stop feature, and re-tension loose rolls for optimal performance. Additionally, you have the flexibility to rewind in both directions (left-to-right and right-to-left) and conveniently change the internal/external wound orientation of your labels.
Benefit from variable speed control with an adjustable tension setting on the unwind shaft for reliable counting and tight rolls. A pre-set counter function which stops the rewinder at the requested quantity. U-models come with high-end Ultrasonic sensor for transparent and special shaped labels and R-16 models are for rolls up to 400mm diameter.
