Tilgo’s £10 (ex VAT) monthly fee per premises, covers unlimited tills and unlimited users, and includes your TilgoBox. It is therefore ideal for independent businesses who need a cost-effective way of enabling multiple staff to access the ePOS system. Tilgo does not require you to buy expensive hardware, as we will supply you with a TilgoBox which runs the system. Tilgo is accessed via a webpage, which any device attached to your WiFi can connect to, via Chrome.

Tilgo is not an internet based system, so interruptions to the internet won’t cause you to lose service. The software and all your data are held on your premises. An internet connection is only necessary for system updates, authentication and data cloud backup.

We recommend the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 (not 10.1) as well as recommending the Galaxy Tab S 2,3 or 4. We suggest that you do not buy a cheap Android tablet, as usually these tablets are slower and the screen is less responsive to touch, impairing your usability of Tilgo.
